Heads the National Service for the Pastoral Care of People with Disabilities at the Italian Bishops’ Conference (CEI). A member of the Alcantarine Franciscan Sisters, she holds a doctorate in educational sciences from the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome and is a certified Italian Sign Language interpreter.
